Would you believe us if we told you that Paul and Zas agreed on ALL FOUR of the faces of the NEW YORK METS Mount Rushmore?  Because they did!

From left to right:

Mike Piazza:
One of the best offensive catchers ever, Piazza had a .296 batting average and .373 OBP with 220 HRs and 655 RBIs in 8 seasons (972 games) with the Mets and was an All Star 6 times!

Darryl Strawberry:
In his 8 seasons in New York, Strawberry had a .263 batting average and .359 OBP, slugged 252 HRs, drove in 733 RBIs, won Rookie of the Year in 1983 a World Series in 1986 and was an All Star SEVEN times!

Tom Seaver:
From 1973-1977, Seaver won 73 games, lead the league in ERA (2.08 in '73) and won 2 of his 3 Cy Young awards!  He also averaged 14 complete games, 269 innings and 232 strikeouts per year in that span - numbers that are unheard of in today's MLB.

Doc Gooden:
Gooden exploded onto the scene as a 19-year-old in 1984, winning the Rookie of the Year award and finishing 2nd in Cy Young voting while posting 17 wins, 276 strikeouts and a 2.60 ERA in 218 innings.  In his 11 years as a Met, Gooden won 157 games (in 303 starts) posting a 3.10 ERA and striking out 1,875 batters.  He also won a Cy Young in 1985, winning 24 games and posting a 1.53 ERA with 268 strikeouts in 276.2 innings!
