We all know it's easy to be a good winner, but it takes a real man to be a good loser. For years, people have taken shots at Bill Belicheat's personality. Patriot fans would have you believe those shots are taken by people that are jealous of Bill's success. Well, Mr. personality's true colors were on full display after the patriots latest failed attempt at another Lombardi trophy.
CBS pays billions, that's billions with a B, of dollars for the broadcast rights to NFL games. Yes, it's tough when you're in a bad mood after a loss, but part of your job, like it or not and whether you like to admit it or not, is to do interviews when you're the head coach of an NFL team. Bill Belicheat blew off CBS after the Ravens beat the Patriots and John Harbaugh CLEARLY outcoached Mr. Belicheat.
It's bad enough that Tom Brady got away with an attempt at trying to make sure Ed Reed never fathers anymore children (Ndamukong Suh would have been fined), but when you're supposed to be the organization that the rest of the league patterns itself after, your head coach has to carry himself with some class, dignity and respect. Once again, Bill Belicheat shows he can do that......when he's winning.
